Probably a picture that art buffs could discuss the deep meaning of for hours - for me, it just brings back fond memories of family holidays many decades ago!

Steve Gavin (30/11/2009)

Love how this captures the beauty of childhood, with an intriguing twist. Love the vibrant colours too

sarah porter (28/11/2009)

Brilliant - I don't know why - it just is.   I love it.   Congratulations

Patrick Horn (23/11/2009)

Intriguing and very unusual. What IS the meaning of the half-completed figures?

Ron Allen (22/11/2009)

Really unusual - I like the mix of drawn and painted figures, and the bright colours.

Rebecca Horn (22/11/2009)

Love the composition and the  mixture of finished and sketched figures. The birds are a joy.

geraldine brock (21/11/2009)

I love this. I see it as the children of today accompanied by the ghosts of happy children of yesterday. Maybe not, as the 'ghosts' are wearing modern clothes, but that's my fancy anyway. Really interesting picture.

John Dickson (21/11/2009)

Joyful picture of children lost in play. Different to the usual seascape Amanda

amanda greaney (17/11/2009)

Charming seaside picture!

Victoria Mort (16/11/2009)

love this - very whimsical

April Ammeter (10/11/2009)
