Comments from the 2009 EAC People's Choice Award

I absolutely love this!!!  I think the water pools are magnificent

Tony Shambrooke (24/11/2009)

Brilliant !   So are the mightly fallen.   I love the contrast between the  leviathan in the background and the humanity in the picture.   The absence of sufficient water, represented by the puddles, adds to the picture.   Congratulations

Patrick Horn (23/11/2009)

I love the swooshes and swirls of the water approaching the boad, and the silhouetted figures,

Rebecca Horn (22/11/2009)

A lovely, balanced picture, great use of light and shadow.

wendy martin (21/11/2009)

One only has to look that the work of Jean Paul Lemieux or David Blackwood to fully appreciate where this sort of imagery comes from, which is the heart.  It has a lovely repoussoir created by the white water patches and the variously scaled people add much depth to this print. Congratulations I award you # 3. DR ARATHOON Toronto, Ontario, Canada

DR Arathoon (14/11/2009)

The size of the boat compared to the figures on the wet empty beach is very well captured

Alan Webster (14/11/2009)
