Comments from the 2009 EAC People's Choice Award

Excellent portrayal of an East Coast beach with the blustery sky, whipping the waves into foamy white horses , It comes alive ,I remember it well !

Alma Lodge (29/11/2009)

Really lovely painting, wish I was there!

Helen Willerton (25/11/2009)

The children are making the best of the day, and the Artist has made the best of the picture.   Very evocative and an excellent representation of a common experience !   Congratulations.

Patrick Horn (23/11/2009)

Looks like a very chilly day at the beach!  I love the wet shiny surface of the beach.

Rebecca Horn (22/11/2009)

wounderfully evocative painting, for me, of the sea shore at whitby. you can almost hear the children and the gulls. looks too cold to paddle in for me. keith marsh

Bring on the sunshine

Mark Cairns (11/11/2009)

This is a fantastic scene, the artist captures the essence of kids and seasides.  Good Luck

You can just hear the waves on the shore!
